SUPPORT THE CHILDREN

TRAIN. RUN. EDUCATE

Team Asha Purdue 5 K

Team Asha Purdue is back on track this year again, to make a difference to the lives of under previleged children in India. With all your support, we are organizing  Asha 5K Run/Walk in collaboration with Indian Women Association (IWA) Walk/5K Run on 9th April 2016. Since 2012, Team Asha Purdue has raised ~$ 10,000 through 5K running events for supporting education of hundreds of underpriveleged children in India. This year, we continue this event and pledge to run some miles to bring smiles in the faces of underprivileged children back in India.

Donations raised through this event will be utilized to fund DikshaManasa and SAIS Basundhara project that aim at providing education to underprivelege kids, mentally challenged children and orphaned kids respectively. If you are interested in being part of this great cause it's never late, send us an email at purdue@ashanet.org. Please support our projects by running for the cause and/or your generous donations. You can register and participate in the run. In addition, you can run and raise funds for the projects. If you don't want to run, you can donate any amount as per your wish, anything small or big would make a difference in the lives of some underprivileged children. .

Donate to runners, running team and Asha Purdue projects. We have raised ~$10,000 since 2012 through 5K running events. This year we target to raise $3,000 for educational projects. Support these projects by donting any amount you wish to.

Register for the run. Asha Purdue-IWA 5K is being organized on April 9th at AGAD Lawn (right across memorial mall). The registration starts at 8:30 AM and race will start at 9:00 AM.

Registration fee:
