Sashwat Mishra

 

I am a Masters' student in Purdue's School of Aeronautics and Astronautics. I believe in primary education being a necessity for all kids, regardless of their backgrounds. It is crucial to the development of a just and equal society. 

 

I have worked as a Teaching volunteer at Teach for India-Hyderabad Chapter for seven months, and have been a volunteer at Asha-Purdue Chapter since November 2013. I steward the project on SAI Basundhara, which helps in the education of orphaned and less fortunate children in Odisha, India.
